Home		Frightmaze on Fairchild has been cancelled for 2010.  We're not sure about years to come, so stay tuned.  Brevard County informed us that we needed a permit to operate our haunt.  The permit stipulates that I carry Insurance,  have Restroom Facilities, provisions for Security, Fire Proofing for not only all of my props but for structure as well, NEC compliant electrical and that it has to comply with the Life Safety Code (36” corridors, emergency exit & lighting and, smoke detectors / fire suppression), then it has to be inspected before it can open. Estimates for compliance exceeded our budget for this year so we have to call it off. Stay tuned for updates on what we plan on doing.
