| What are the hours of operation? | |
| October 28th & 29th from 7pm until 11pm. | |
| Can I buy tickets in advance? | |
| You may purchase tickets online which will also allow you to "Pass the Line" | |
| Are the actors allowed to touch you? | |
| The actors in the Frightmaze Haunt will not touch you. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props. You may also come into contact with some of the sets. Additionally, patrons are not allowed to touch the actors. | |
| Are there any age restrictions? | |
| Frightmaze Haunt is recommended for adults and teens 12 and older, but younger kids may come if parents choose to bring them. Carrying babies is not allowed. | |
| Is Frightmaze Haunt wheelchair accessible? | |
| Yes, the Frightmaze Haunt is wheelchair accessible. | |
| Are there strobe lights or special effects? | |
| Yes, the Frightmaze Haunt use a wide variety of special effects and lighting to enhance your experience. | |
| Can I go in if I'm pregnant? | |

The Frightmaze Haunt is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health. |

| No, it is a self-guided walkthrough haunt. | |
| Is it dark? | |
| The Frightmaze Haunt has some area that are very dark. | |
| Is it a maze? Can I get lost? | |
| The Frightmaze Haunt has maze elements incorporated into it's design, There are areas that may create confusion, but there is only one way and one way out. | |
| Can I wear Halloween costumes? | |
| No. For safety reasons, patrons are not permitted to wear costumes. | |
| Is Frightmaze Haunt open if it rains? | |

Yes, the Frightmaze haunt is located completely indoors. |

| Is there security? | |
| Yes, Officers from the Brevard County Sheriffs office will be onsite each night. | |
| Can we be thrown out of the park for any reason? | |
| Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety. Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund. | |
| Can we take flash photos? | |
| NO photography of any sort is not allowed in the haunt. | |
| What can't we bring with us inside your haunted houses? | |
| No pets! No weapons! No alcoholic beverages! No cameras! No smoking! No laser pointers or flashlights! No food or beverages! | |
Frightmaze on Fairchild contains special effects, dark places, strobe
and other lighting, loud noises, gruesome makeup and other disturbing
images. Patrons are advised to make intelligent decisions regarding
attendance for themselves and their families, however if you are pregnant,
suffer from back or neck problems, heart conditions or seizure disorder,
extra consideration is advised. This attraction is designed to scare,
frighten, shock, startle, cause excessive perspiration, nervousness and
panic. It is recommended that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult
when entering the maze.
